Property Taxes Search for San Bernardino County secured and unsecured properties. Enter the desired mailing address, Assessor Parcel Number (APN), or unsecured property number to display a list of matching or related records. This search will also include properties that have delinquent property taxes. Secured tax bills will be mailed by Nov. 1 If you do not receive your secured tax bill by then, please contact our office or call (909) 387-8308. If you have questions regarding the valuation or ownership of secured properties, please contact the County Assessor’s department at (909) 387-8307, or toll free at (877) 885-7654. You may also search for unclaimed property tax refunds by clicking here.	Pay Your Property Taxes Online Pay your property taxes conveniently and securely using our website. There is no charge to use an electronic check. To process your payment using a MasterCard, VISA, American Express, or Discover Card, our third party vendor charges a convenience fee of 2.25% (minimum of $1.95) for credit cards. The convenience fee is not retained by the Tax Collector.

Request a Mobile Home Tax Clearance Certificate If you are purchasing a mobile home, or you are acting on behalf of someone purchasing a mobile home, you may request a tax clearance certificate online. Your request will be forwarded to a property tax service representative for processing.	Transient Occupancy Tax Information and Forms Transient Occupancy Tax or "Bed Tax" is charged in addition to hotel and motel room rates.
Tax Sale Tax-defaulted properties may be purchased through our office via an Online Auction. The next tax sale is scheduled for June 1 – 7, 2024.	Bulk Property Tax Payments The bulk payment utility was designed to allow you to submit a file summarizing the parcels and bills you wish to pay. You can upload the file directly to our site and pay via eCheck, credit card, or wire transfer.
