Until April 28th - We're accepting donations for our Spring Book and Bake Sale! We'll also be looking for baker sign ups in the coming weeks.

During normal operating hours April 28th, 29th, and 30th - We're looking for volunteers to carry heavy boxes from the shed to the meeting room. We're also looking for volunteers to organize the donated books in their correct categories.

Fridays at 10:30am - Spring Story Hour is up and running! Friday mornings at 10:30am, come listen to stories, sing, and create a craft. Suitable for ages 18 months to 5 years.

March 27th at 6:30pm - Join Alex LaForce to learn how to make a bound book using Japanese Stab Binding methods.

March 28th from 4pm to 5pm - Join us to plant some native Anise Hyssop in egg cartons! Sign up is required, ages 8 and older recommended.

April 3rd at 7pm - Join us for a personal travelogue by Mr. Greenleaf, featuring photography of historic and beautiful architecture as well as the Japanese landscape. The program will feature musical accompaniment.

April 5th from 11:00am to 2:00pm - Testing your soil PH is simple!
1. Use a spade to collect a thin sliver of soil from the root zone, about 6 inches down. Take about 1/2 cup from each of several spots in the same area (for example the lawn or the vegetable garden) and mix them together.
2. Bring it in for a FREE test! Trained URI Master Gardener volunteers will test your soils’ pH, evaluate its texture and give you a report with recommendations for actions to improve it.

April 8th at 7:00pm - Join us to talk about Fox and I by Catherine Raven. We hope to see you then!

April 10th at 6:00pm - Sign up to make your own traditional Pysanky Easter Eggs! Sign up IS required, this craft is suitable for ages 14 and older.

April 15th at 6:30pm - Sign up to make an adorable sheep using specialized needle felting tools! This craft is run by Amy Forbes. Sign up IS required, this craft is suitable for ages 12 and older.

April 16th at 1:00pm - Swing on by for your children to learn about the life cycle of chickens and get to hold and/or touch a variety of eggs, chickens, and baby chicks!

April 18th from 3:00pm to 5:00pm - Join us for a showing of the new Dog Man movie, based on the books! Bring a covered drink and a cozy blanket to enjoy the show!

April 22nd from 6:30pm to 8:00pm - Join us to learn the art of quilling with Georgia P. Zarafonitis. We’ll be making cards, a perfect craft to gift to a loved one.

April 24th from 1:00pm to 7:00pm - Please bring in any donations you may have for the swap.
April 25th from 10:00am to 5:00pm - The craft swap will run during our normal hours of operation in the meeting room. See something you like? Trade it out for something you don't!

May 1st from 3:00pm to 7:00pm - The sale will be running in our meeting room. We will have books of all genres, for all ages. Pick the books you like and then make a donation to the library! We thank you for your support! :)

Weekly Events
Our Fiber Arts group is meeting on Tuesdays at 2 PM. Bring a project to work on. Beginners Welcome!
