Welcome to the Town of Orangetown Online Tax Search & Payment System
The 2025 Town & County Tax payments will be accepted by the Town of Orangetown, Town Clerk's Office January 1st through March 31st. Payments received between February 1st and March 31st will incur penalties. We urge you to pay your taxes online. If paying by check, payments are to be made to: Rosanna Sfraga, Town Clerk. Mail payment using the envelope provided to our Processing Center in Binghamton, NY or the Town of Orangetown, Town Clerk's Office, 26 W Orangeburg Rd, Orangeburg, NY 10962. The Drop Box is located in the foyer of the West Entrance.

Payment must be received by due date, January 31st, to avoid penalties. All late payments must be received on or before the due date, postmarks will NOT be accepted.
On-line Payments: To pay on-line, search for your property using ONE of the following fields, Tax Map #, Property Address, or Owner's Last Name and then, click Search

. Rockland County Finance adds a 5% service fee if you choose the Installment Plan.
A) All Credit Card Payments – a 2.45% convenience fee* will be added to your payment.
B) Electronic Check – a $0.75 flat fee* will be added to your payment.
C) Visa Debit Card ONLY – a $3.95 flat fee* will be added to your payment.
D) Mastercard, Discover, and all other Bank Debit Cards – a 1.50% convenience fee* will be added to your payment.
*Note: The added convenience fees are collected by the on–line payment provider, NOT the Town of Orangetown.
Late payments after March 31st will not be posted in our system. Installment payments (2nd, 3rd, & 4th) made to the Rockland County Department of Finance will not be posted in our system.
