The Town of Stafford, CT has contracted with Vision Government Solutions to assist with the state mandated revaluation project. The information provided in this database is the basis of valuation for each real estate parcel as it pertains to the 10/1/2020 Grand List.

If you own any parcel that contains PA490 Land, please be advised that the State has updated the values of these types of land and these new values have been applied.  A listing of the new values is available for review and be obtained from the Assessor's Office.

Both the Assessor’s office and Vision Government Solutions would like to thank the Town of Stafford residents for their cooperation throughout this important project.
