I understand that making a payment on my case will result in waiver of a Jury Trial and a finding of guilty, which may be reported to the Texas DPS in accordance with Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, Art. 27.14(c). The defendant also waives the right to receive discovery from the State, Art. 39.14.

A convenience fee (up to $3.50) will be charged for each online transaction. This fee covers the cost incurred by the City of Mansfield to permit the offer of an online option for your convenience. Individuals who wish to avoid this cost can handle their case by mail or in person at the court office.
