Fees:

• 8.5” x 11” paper maps:  $1.00 per map

• 11” x 17” paper maps:  $2.00 per map

• 24” x 30” paper maps:  $5.00 per map

• Data Email:  Up to five layers emailed at no charge.

• Data Translation:  A data layer translation fee may be applicable dependent on volume of a given request.  It takes time for me to translate town data into another file format and this cost may be recouped.  You will be notified ahead of time if this fee applies and what the cost will be.

Details for GIS Users

All of our maps are created with QGIS, ArcGIS, and ArcOnline but can be made available in various formats.
All layers are in projection UTM, Zone 19 and datum NAD83.

Please check the Download Data section of the website to see what is currently available online.

Layers available:

  • parcels
  • roads (polygons, not centerlines)
  • impervious area
  • wetlands
  • land cover
  • streams, lakes, ponds
  • zoning - town zoning and shoreland zoning
  • water infrastructure (Coordinated through the Hampden Water District.  This information is security-sensitive.)
  • sewer infrastructure
  • stormwater infrastructure
