Business Tax Receipt

Effective January 1, 2024, the ordinance requiring a Volusia County business tax receipt is repealed and a Volusia County business tax receipt is no longer required for any business located within Volusia County. For questions regarding whether a city business tax receipt is required for your business, please contact the city in which the business is physically located. For assistance with County business tax receipt records, please contact our office at 386-943-7085 or treasury@volusia.org.
